Start-Up Visa Program
The Start-Up Visa (SUV) program targets innovative entrepreneurs who want to build a business in Canada. To qualify, applicants must have a business idea that is supported by a designated organization (venture capital fund, angel investor group, or business incubator) and meet certain criteria:
- Own at least 10% of the business.
- Demonstrate proficiency in English or French (CLB 5 or higher).
