Omolade Martins- Bolarin is an external Company Secretary and retained Solicitor to various companies, organizations, and individuals. She obtained a law degree from the University of Ilorin and was called to the Nigerian bar in 2001. She earned a master’s degree in corporate and commercial law from the prestigious University of London, Queen Mary Campus, in 2007.  

Lade has a wealth of experience spanning over a decade across various financial institutions as a legal officer at the erstwhile Magnum Trust Bank, Habib Nigeria Bank, and Bank PHB. She also possesses a wealth of experience as a credit control officer, having worked at the credit control department of United Bank of Africa Plc for some years.

She is presently the Principal Partner at LMB and Associates, a flourishing Corporate and Commercial, and immigration law practice in Lagos, Nigeria. 

She dedicates her free time to various charitable causes, friends, family, sporting activities, and fashion and style. She is married with children.
